On-Going Training Sample Clauses
The On-Going Training clause requires that parties, typically employees or contractors, participate in regular training sessions throughout the duration of their engagement. This may include periodic workshops, online courses, or refresher programs to ensure that individuals remain up-to-date with relevant skills, compliance requirements, or industry standards. The core function of this clause is to maintain a consistently high level of competency and awareness, thereby reducing risks associated with outdated knowledge or practices.
On-Going Training. On-going training will be conducted by DiaSys generally at no additional cost to the Distributor so long as DiaSys can reasonably accommodate the place of training and frequency of requests in DiaSys' travel plans. Each party shall be responsible for the travel and entertainment expenses of its respective employees.
On-Going Training. IHS shall provide on-going training to its IHS Animal Control Officers and Dispatchers for any gaps in skill sets and to address issues raised by the Public Agency regarding the performance of humane services by IHS in their jurisdictions.
On-Going Training. If and as requested by NSP, HET will provide on-going BodyGem System theory and use training to NSP personnel and NSP Distributors designated by NSP on the following basis:
(a) All on-going training shall be charged at a rate of six-hundred dollars ($600.00) per day per HET trainer and shall be charged in full day (8 hours) increments. Each $600 fee includes up to twenty-five (25) training hand-out packages and the use of up to five (5) BodyGem Systems. Any additional hand-out packages or BodyGem Systems shall be provided in accordance with the fee schedule of section 4.5.
(b) All on-going training shall be provided at HET facilities in Golden, Colorado unless requested otherwise by NSP, and if conducted outside of HET’s Golden, Colorado facilities shall be subject to the fee schedule in section 4.5.
(c) HET shall use all reasonable efforts to accommodate the time and place for NSP requested on-going training, but any on-going training shall be schedule by mutual agreement of the parties.
On-Going Training. We are committed to provide on-going training to all employees. You are required to attend training as and when requested.
