On-Going Training. On-going training will be conducted by DiaSys generally at no additional cost to the Distributor so long as DiaSys can reasonably accommodate the place of training and frequency of requests in DiaSys' travel plans. On-Going Training. If and as requested by NSP, HET will provide on-going BodyGem System theory and use training to NSP personnel and NSP Distributors designated by NSP on the following basis:
On-Going Training. IHS shall provide on-going training to its IHS Animal Control Officers and Dispatchers for any gaps in skill sets and to address issues raised by the Public Agency regarding the performance of humane services by IHS in their jurisdictions.

  • Technical Training 3.1 Party A agrees hereby to provide the following training service to party B and its staffs:

  • Safety Training Pursuant to Missouri Revised Statute Section 292.675, Contractors and subcontractors who sign a contract to work on public works projects must provide a 10-hour OSHA construction safety program, or similar program approved by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, to be completed by their on-site employees within sixty (60) days of beginning work on the construction project. Contractors and subcontractors in violation of this provision will forfeit to the public body $2,500 plus $100 a day for each employee who is employed without training. Public bodies and contractors may withhold/assess these penalties from the payment due to those contractors and subcontractors if found to be in non-compliance.
