The On-going Reporting clause requires one or both parties to provide regular updates or disclosures about relevant information throughout the duration of an agreement. This may include periodic financial statements, progress reports, compliance confirmations, or notifications of significant events. By mandating continuous information sharing, the clause ensures transparency and enables both parties to monitor performance and address issues promptly, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or breaches.
On-going Reporting. The Issuer covenants and agrees that, for so long as it has outstanding Senior Unsecured Debt that is subject to the FDIC Guarantee, it shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the FDIC (a) monthly reports, in such form as specified by the FDIC, containing information relating to the Issuer’s outstanding Senior Unsecured Debt that is subject to the FDIC Guarantee and such other information as may be requested in such form, and (b) such other information that the FDIC may reasonably request, such other information to be delivered within ten (10) Business Days of receipt by the Issuer of any such request.
On-going Reporting. Supplier shall timely notify Company in writing of any material changes in volume of Gas to be received at the Delivery Points or a change in the designated pipeline carrier for its Residue Gas upon Supplier’s knowledge of such changes. Except where arising from a force majeure event, should Company, at any time, not Process substantially all of the Gas delivered to Company by Supplier, Company will advise Supplier as soon as reasonably possible, and in no instance less than 24 hours prior to the nomination deadline for the receiving pipeline for the next flow Day, in order that Supplier may make proper nomination adjustments with Supplier’s designated pipeline carrier; unless Company is notified by the pipeline that any imbalance needs to be corrected immediately, in which case Company shall notify Supplier in sufficient time to allow adjustments to be made in the next scheduling cycle.
On-going Reporting. TAC shall provide to Gateway information in electronic, computer-readable form on the following as legally permissible: * None of the information provided hereunder shall be provided to any third party. The parties shall mutually work together to report information required by each party on a timely and meaningful basis electronically, including but not limited to Report Information.
