On construction Sample Clauses
The "On construction" clause defines the obligations, procedures, or conditions that must be met during the construction phase of a project or contract. It typically outlines requirements such as timelines, quality standards, safety protocols, and responsibilities of the parties involved while construction is underway. For example, it may specify when work can commence, how progress is to be reported, or what materials must be used. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of expectations during construction, helping to prevent disputes and delays by setting out agreed standards and processes.
