On Account. Payment shall be on account only and the assessment or payment of any payment claim under this Agreement will not constitute acceptance or approval by the Principal of: (a) any Services provided or work performed by the Consultant; (b) Documents prepared by the Consultant; or (c) the accuracy of any claim or demand by the Consultant, and shall not negate or prejudice any of the rights, powers or remedies of the Principal. The Principal may at any time correct any previous payment schedule found to be in error.β
