Common use of OMITTED WORK Clause in Contracts

OMITTED WORK. If Subcontractor omits Work that is included in the Contract Documents, Contractor will have the right to withhold from payments due or to become due in an amount which, in the Contractor’s opinion, is equal to 150% of the value of Work that was omitted until the Work is performed.
