O&M Fee. The O&M Fee shall be four percent (4%) of the total IRU Fee payable per annum for Capacity activated under this Agreement. The O&M Fee shall be invoiced quarterly in advance by EAN Network on January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 of each calendar year and shall be due and payable 60 days after the relevant invoice date.
O&M Fee. During the Term, Asia Netcom shall pay (for and on behalf of itself and its Subsidiaries) to EAN Network (for and on behalf of itself and its Subsidiaries) the O&M Fee for the Capacity as set forth in Schedule 2. The O&M Fee for the Capacity shall be due and payable by Asia Netcom (for and on behalf of itself and its Subsidiaries) in accordance with Schedule 2. As compensation for operating and maintaining the Project in accordance with Section 10.1, the Utility shall pay the Producer a monthly fee equal to 5% of the gross electrical revenues received by the Utility for the resale of the Project Energy actually received by the Utility at the Mollejon Interconnection Point or the New Project Interconnection Point, as the case may be, during such month. This fee shall be paid in United States dollars, at the foreign exchange rate established from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement.
O&M Fee. The initial monthly O&M fee that the District shall pay to the Board is $29,000.00 monthly, based upon the financial analysis, attached hereto as Attachment 1. The Board shall track its costs in providing O&M services to the District and issue a financial report every six months regarding the cost of providing O&M services.
