THIS CONTRACT WILL NOT BE HONORED BY SUCH MANUFACTURER OR WHOLESALE COMPANY. Oklahoma service warranty Statutes do not apply to commercial use references in service warranty contracts. Coverage afforded under this Contract is not guaranteed by the Oklahoma Insurance Guaranty Association. Within the “CANCELLATION AND RENEWAL” section of this Contract, the following sentence(s) is amended: “Cancellation Provisions”, “If this Contract is cancelled by You at any time, Your refund shall be based upon one hundred percent (100%) of the unearned pro rata premium, less a cancellation fee of seventy five dollars ($75.00) and less the actual cost of any service provided under this Contract. If this Contract is cancelled by Us, Your refund shall be based upon one hundred percent (100%) of the unearned pro rata premium, less the actual cost of any service provided under this Contract.”
