Offshore Work. Specific to work performed by Custodian from India, Custodian will only access Fund Confidential Information via a Virtual Desktop Interface (“VDI”) with controls in place to protect Fund Confidential Information from data loss at a minimum in accordance with the terms of the Security Schedule and protections of Fund Confidential Information set forth herein. The VDI must be configured to disallow the ability to download data to the host machine or external device.
