Offset printing. For offset printing, the following roadmap was agreed: The two committees will define their publication and printing policies in full autonomy (CoR: September 2015; EESC: early 2016). Six months after the entry into force of the new cooperation agreement, a joint assessment will be done, analysing the consequences of these policies in terms of the economic viability of the offset printing section of the Joint Services. If the joint assessment reveals that in-house offset printing is not economically viable, phasing out will be launched and will take place gradually and in a holistic way, taking into account, inter alia, the social implications. Investments to maintenance and replacement of machines in offset printing shall not cause any further long-term commitments. Any such investment above EUR 35,000 will be decided on jointly by the two SGs.

  • Printing If this Agreement involves the duplication of more than 5,000 copies of a single page or more than 25,000 copies of multiple pages, this Agreement incorporates by reference DEAR 970.5208-1 Printing (Dec 2000).

  • Printing Agreement 4.06.1 The Employer shall prepare the final form of this agreement for approval of the Parties prior to printing. The Employer shall assume responsibility for printing, and distributing to all bargaining unit members and the Union sufficient copies of the agreed upon final form of this agreement. The Parties agree to share equally the costs of printing the agreement.   • Fingerprinting Requirements Contractor hereby acknowledges that, if applicable, it is required to comply with the requirements of Education Code Section 45125.1 with respect to fingerprinting of employees who may have contact with the District's students. The Contractor shall also ensure that its Contractors on the Project also comply with the requirements of Section 45125.1. If required by Education Code Section 45125.1, the Contractor must provide for the completion of a Fingerprint Certification form, in the District’s required format, prior to any of the Contractor's employees, or those of any other Contractors, coming into contact with the District's students. Contractor further acknowledges that other fingerprinting requirements may apply, as set forth in Education Code Section 45125 et seq., and will comply with any such requirements.

  • Fingerprinting For purposes of this Agreement and because the District will provide a qualified employee for the supervision of District's students at all times that Consultant is present and performing services at an active school site, Consultant shall be relieved of the requirements to provide a criminal background check pursuant to California Education Code 45125.1.
