Common use of OFFSET CREDITS Clause in Contracts

OFFSET CREDITS. 51.1 Orders issued pursuant to this Agreement are placed with the expectation of current and/or anticipated future offset and localization obligations of Company or Ordering Companies or their designated assignees to the government of the country in which Company’s (or the relevant Ordering Company’s) customer resides and that requires the provision of offset and localization.
