Official Sanctions Sample Clauses

Official Sanctions. Official sanctions shall be issued only by the University President or his/her designee, i.e., the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/Vice President of Academic Affairs, Associate ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Assistant ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, or ▇▇▇▇/Library Director acting as the University President’s designee. Official sanctions shall be issued within 60 work days of receiving the panel’s report.
