OFFICIAL MANAGER. a person is appointed under either section 179 of the Act or the Corporations (Investigation and Management) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ to investigate any part of the affairs of FCF. An early termination of this agreement under this sub-clause 20.2 shall not be effective until the date ten (10) Business Days after receipt of the notice of termination by FCF.
