Official Information. The parties acknowledge that they are each subject to the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) and that they may be obliged to disclose Confidential Information under the OIA if so requested and there is no good reason under the terms of the OIA to withhold that information. Each party acknowledges the importance of the other party's commercially sensitive Confidential Information and will: (a) promptly notify the other party of any request received by it under the OIA that relates to Confidential Information of that other party; and (b) consult with the other party in relation to the Confidential Information that it is required to disclose under the OIA to comply with that request.
