Services Not Exclusive. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or restrict USBFS from providing services to other parties that are similar or identical to some or all of the services provided hereunder.

Services Not Exclusive. The services of the Administrator are not to be deemed exclusive, and the Administrator shall be free to render similar services to others. The Administrator shall be deemed to be an independent contractor and shall, unless otherwise expressly provided herein or authorized by the Trust from time to time, have no authority to act or represent the Trust in any way or otherwise be deemed an agent of the Trust.
Services Not Exclusive. The Administrator's services pursuant to this Agreement are not exclusive, and it is understood that the Administrator may perform similar services for other persons. In acting under this Agreement, the Administrator will be an independent contractor and not an agent of the Trust or the Funds. The Administrator and its affiliates, by separate agreement with the Trust or a Fund, may also serve the Trust or a Fund in other capacities.
Services Not Exclusive. It is understood that the services of the Portfolio Manager are not exclusive, and nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the Portfolio Manager (or its affiliates) from providing similar services to other clients, including investment companies (whether or not their investment objectives and policies are similar to those of the Series) or from engaging in other activities.
