Official Documents. 15.1 Upon request, the Association President shall be provided with a copy of the agenda for each open meeting of the Board of Education at the same time the agenda is mailed to members of the Board. Notification of open meetings other than those regularly scheduled will be placed in the Association President's school mailbox. 15.2 Upon request, approved minutes of the Board of Education shall be made available for review by representatives of the Association, and a copy shall be provided to the Association President as soon as practicable after such approved minutes are reproduced. 15.3 Upon request, copies of public school finance documents (such as SBM-1, ST-3, and State Aid Forms) shall be made available to the Association.
