The Borrower’s sole jurisdiction of organization is the State of Delaware and such jurisdiction has not changed within four (4) months prior to the date of this Agreement as such jurisdiction of organization may be changed with thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Group Agents and compliance with the other requirements of Section 7.01(l) and Section 7.03. The office of the Borrower is located at 000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx 0000, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000, as such address may be updated with thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Group Agents. The legal name of the Borrower is Xxxx Finance Company, LLC as such name may be changed with thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Group Agents and compliance with the other requirements of Section 7.01(l) and Section 7.03.
