Officer Friendly. If an officer within the Patrol Division is assigned to provide Officer Friendly curriculum to schools and is not already receiving a specialty stipend, that officer shall receive a twenty one ($21.00) dollar stipend for the full weeks worked in that capacity up to a maximum of nine (9) weeks per year. (July 20, 1998 side letter) Police Diver Any employee trained and designated by the Police Chief as a “diver” shall receive twenty one dollars ($21.00) additional compensation per week, under the terms and conditions of Art. 16 (G), Labor/Management Committee.
