OFFICE OF THE TRUST FUND. The Administrator shall establish, maintain and provide adequate funding for an office for the administration of the Trust Fund. The address of such office is to be made known to the parties interested in or participating in the Trust Fund and to the appropriate governmental agencies. The official books and records pertaining to the Trust Fund and its administration shall be kept and maintained at the office of the Trust Fund.
