Common use of Office of the Fund Clause in Contracts

Office of the Fund. The sole and principal office of the Fund shall be in Chicago, Illinois, for the transaction of business of the Fund, the exact location of which is to be made known to the parties interested in such Fund. At such office, and at such other places as may be required by law, there shall be maintained all, or any of, the books and records pertaining to the Fund and its administration.
