Chief Executive Office; Collateral Locations The chief executive office of Borrower and Borrower's Records concerning Accounts are located only at the address set forth below and its only other places of business and the only other locations of Collateral, if any, are the addresses set forth in the Information Certificate, subject to the right of Borrower to establish new locations in accordance with Section 9.2 below. The Information Certificate correctly identifies any of such locations which are not owned by Borrower and sets forth the owners and/or operators thereof and to the best of Borrower's knowledge, the holders of any mortgages on such locations.
Transfer to Directors and Senior Officers (1) You may transfer escrow securities within escrow to existing or, upon their appointment, incoming directors or senior officers of the Issuer or any of its material operating subsidiaries, if the Issuer’s board of directors has approved the transfer.
Executive Office; Maintenance of Offices The Seller shall give Ally Auto written notice within ten (10) days of any relocation of its principal executive office if, as a result of such relocation, the applicable provisions of the UCC would require the filing of any amendment of any previously filed financing or continuation statement or of any new financing statement. Other Directory Services 73.10.1 Both parties acknowledge that CenturyLink’s directory publisher is not a party to this Agreement and that the provisions contained in this Agreement are not binding upon CenturyLink’s directory publisher.

Seller shall include the substance of this clause, including this flowdown requirement, in all subcontracts awarded by Seller for work under this Contract.
Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.
