Common use of Office of Executive Clause in Contracts

Office of Executive. The office of Executive shall be located at the Bank's office in Lawrenceville, Georgia, or at such other location within the State of Georgia as Employers may from time to time designate; provided, however, that, in the event such relocation is to an office more than fifty (50) miles from Lawrenceville, Georgia, and Executive elects to move his principal residence, Employers shall reimburse Executive for all his reasonable moving expenses.
