Common use of Offering Price Clause in Contracts

Offering Price. Shares of any class of any Series of the Fund offered for sale by you shall be offered for sale at a price per share (the "offering price") equal to (a) their net asset value (determined in the manner set forth in the Fund's charter documents and the then-current prospectus and statement of additional information) plus (b) a sales charge, if applicable, which shall be the percentage of the offering price of such Shares as set forth in the Fund's then-current prospectus relating to such Series.
