Common use of Offender Funds Clause in Contracts

Offender Funds. Funds of an individual CDCR Offender shall be provided to CONTRACTOR by CDCR within seven (7) working days of the CDCR Offender’s transfer. These funds shall be held and managed pursuant to policies, procedures and practices, which shall be provided to CONTRACTOR prior to inmate arrival.
