OFF-SITE ACTIVITIES. Manufacture, fabrication and handling of materials or equipment not occurring at the Site. The foregoing notwithstanding, this Agreement shall apply to off-site work if the off-site work is covered by the scope of a Master Collective Bargaining Agreement in effect as of the date of this Agreement.
