Common use of Off-Net Clause in Contracts

Off-Net. For customer locations where LightEdge is required to individually order or provision circuit facilities to transport Customer circuit to nearest LightEdge facility and/or equipment OR to nearest Customer facility and/or equipment. LightEdge will provide Customer with point-to-point network connectivity between two locations. Service will be delivered in the form of a dedicated T1 circuit engineered by LightEdge which will be dependent upon location, bandwidth and/or Services requested. Service will be delivered to customer via one of the following options: - An IP/MPLS based network. - A Clear-channel T1 point-to-point circuit. - A Frame-relay/ATM network. Determination for the delivery method will reside wholly with LightEdge. Service levels of any circuit delivery type are held to the same SLA levels.
