Off Duty, On. Call 10.12.1 For the time frame of 0600-2000 hours, if an employee receives a call or text requiring their response or input, they will receive one hour compensation at their current straight time rate. This time period is for one hour and may include multiple calls/texts during that hour time frame. If the call/texts continue into a second hour, an additional one hour of compensation at the straight time rate will be paid. 10.12.2 For the time frame of 2000-0600 hours the rate of compensation will be for two hours of straight time rate. This time period is for two hours and may include multiple calls/texts during that two-hour time frame. If the calls/texts continue into another two-hour time frame, an additional two hours of compensation at the straight time rate will be paid. 10.12.3 Should the employee be required to leave his residence and respond to the scene the normal call out compensation will be paid.
