Common use of Odds Clause in Contracts

Odds. Actual odds of winning are based upon the number of eligible entries received. Each eligible entry shall have a chance of winning Monthly prizes that is equal to that of other entries within Advia Credit Union. Each eligible entry shall have a chance of winning the Grand Prize that is equal to that of all other entries in the Raffle. There will be no repeat winners in the same year, but entries will still count towards the Grand Prize.
