Occupation licence. From the date the Tenant has given the Landlord the last of the following: (a) Certificate of Completion for the Tenant Works; and (b) Final Occupation Certificate for the Tenant Works, until the Commencement Date, the Landlord grants the Tenant a non-exclusive licence to occupy and use the Premises for the Permitted Use under the Draft Lease with no Rent payable provided the Tenant complies with the following Parts of the Draft Lease: 4.
