Common use of Occupation date Clause in Contracts

Occupation date. 4.1 The SELLER hereby undertakes to use its best endeavours to give to the PURCHASER beneficial occupation of the SECTION by the date stipulated in 1.7 of the AGREEMENT, provided the PURCHASER has secured the Total Consideration referred to in 1.3 of the AGREEMENT (as contemplated in paragraph 3 of the CONTRACT).

Occupation date. 4.1 The SELLER hereby undertakes to use its best endeavours endeavors to give to the PURCHASER beneficial occupation of the SECTION by the date stipulated in 1.7 1.18 of the AGREEMENTCONTRACT OF SALE, provided the PURCHASER has secured the Total Consideration referred to in 1.3 1.7 of the AGREEMENT (CONTRACT OF SALE, as contemplated in paragraph 3 of the CONTRACT)CONTRACT OF SALE.

Occupation date. 4.1 The SELLER hereby undertakes to use its best endeavours to give to the PURCHASER beneficial occupation of the SECTION by the date stipulated in 1.7 1.8 of the AGREEMENTCONTRACT OF SALE, provided the PURCHASER has paid or duly secured the Total Consideration referred to in 1.3 1.5 of the AGREEMENT (as contemplated in paragraph 3 of the CONTRACT)CONTRACT OF SALE.

Occupation date. 4.1 9.1 The SELLER hereby undertakes to use its best endeavours to give to the PURCHASER beneficial occupation and possession of the SECTION by the date stipulated in 1.7 3.10 of the AGREEMENT, provided the PURCHASER has secured payment of the Total Consideration referred to in 1.3 3.2 of the AGREEMENT (as contemplated in paragraph 3 of and the CONTRACT)PURCHASER shall be obliged to accept occupation on such date.

Occupation date. 4.1 The SELLER hereby undertakes to use its best endeavours endeavors to give to the PURCHASER beneficial occupation of the SECTION by the date stipulated in 1.7 1.17 of the AGREEMENTCONTRACT OF SALE, provided the PURCHASER has secured the Total Consideration referred to in 1.3 1.7 of the AGREEMENT (CONTRACT OF SALE, as contemplated in paragraph 3 of the CONTRACT)CONTRACT OF SALE.

Occupation date. 4.1 The SELLER hereby undertakes to use its best endeavours to give to the PURCHASER beneficial occupation of the SECTION by the date stipulated in 1.7 1.11 of the AGREEMENTCONTRACT OF SALE, provided the PURCHASER has secured the Total Consideration referred to in 1.3 1.5 of the AGREEMENT CONTRACT OF SALE (as contemplated in paragraph 3 of the CONTRACTCONTRACT OF SALE).
