Common use of Occupancy Schedule Clause in Contracts

Construction Contractor shall jointly develop with Design Professional and Owner a detailed plan, inclusive of punch lists, final inspections, maintenance training and turn-over procedures, to be used for ensuring accomplishment of a smooth and phased transition from construction to Owner occupancy.
