Common use of OCCUPANCY OF SPACE Clause in Contracts

OCCUPANCY OF SPACE. Exhibitor move‐in is scheduled on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 from 2:00‐7:00 pm and Wednesday, May 9, 2018 from 6:30‐8:00 am. Exhibitors must first check in on arrival at Exhibitor Registration outside of Exhibit Hall D of NRG Center. All move‐in and move‐out of exhibits must be through designated loading docks, freight doors, and freight elevators. The main lobbies, escalators and passenger elevators are not to be used for this purpose. All booths must be set up by 8:00 am on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 and occupied during the hours designated in item 6 below.
