Occupancy Levels Sample Clauses

Occupancy Levels. Except as expressly provided herein, throughout the term of this Agreement, the Units shall be continuously occupied or held vacant and available for occupancy at Affordable Rent for Eligible Tenants in accordance with the Restricted Unit Mix. Maximum occupancy for each Unit shall be two (2) persons for each bedroom in the Unit plus one (1) additional person; and minimum occupancy for each Unit shall be no less than one (1) person per bedroom in the Unit.
