Common use of Occupancy Dates Clause in Contracts

Occupancy Dates. Unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing by the Landlord or unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Residence Agreement, the term of this Residence Agreement (the “Term”) shall coincide with the Spring and Summer Terms as follows: a. beginning with the start date stated in the Confirmation Letter provided to the Resident; and b. ending on the date the Resident must move out of the Premises, which will be no later than 12:00 noon on the end date stated in the Confirmation Letter.
