Obtaining DHCS Approval. D-SNP Contractor shall obtain written approval from as provided in Exhibit E, Attachment 3, Provision 5, DHCS Approval Process, prior to commencement of operation under this D-SNP Contract:. DHCS reserves the right to review and approve any changes to Contractor’s protocols, policies, and procedures as specified in this Contract.
