Common use of Obtain ownership information Clause in Contracts

Obtain ownership information. The Consulting Engineer, via the surveying sub-consultant, shall contract with a City approved title company for ownership information investigations for up to forty (40) tracts (assuming only required for tracts where permanent easements or right- of-way is needed). The costs associated with ownership information investigations shall be paid by the Consulting Engineer to the title company via the surveying sub-consultant.
