OBSTRUCTION OF TRAFFIC. The sidewalks and entrances of the facility shall not be obstructed by Lessee nor used for any other purposes than egress or regress, and Lessee will not permit any chairs, equipment, displays, or other items to be or remain in such passageways, and will keep such passageways clear at all times.
