Common use of Obsolete Material Clause in Contracts

Obsolete Material. At least once each year employees shall have the right to indicate those documents and/or other materials in their files which they believe to be obsolete or otherwise inappropriate to retain. Said documents shall be reviewed by the Superintendent or designee and at the non-arbitrable discretion of the Superintendent or designee they shall be either destroyed or retained.
