Common use of Observance of Rules and Regulations Clause in Contracts

Observance of Rules and Regulations. Tenant covenants and agrees to observe and obey, and to require all Tenant Parties to observe and obey such rules and regulations of the Department and County (including amendments and supplements thereto) regulating the conduct and operations of Tenant and others on the Premises as may from time to time be promulgated. The obligation of Tenant to require such observance and obedience on the part of a Tenant Party shall pertain only while such Tenant Party is on or in occupancy of any portion of the Premises.
