Observance of Local Laws/Authorities. a) The SPD shall not at any time do, cause or permit to be done anything on the Demised Premises which may cause a nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to the owners, occupiers or resident of other premises in vicinity or upon the Land except to the extent inherent in the construction of the Plant and for running the same.
