Obligors’ representative. Each Obligor irrevocably authorises the Parent to give and receive as representative on its behalf all notices (including Requests) and sign all documents in connection with the Finance Documents on its behalf (including Novation Agreements under Clause 9.5(b) (Changes to Borrowers)) and take such other action as may be necessary or desirable under or in connection with the Finance Documents and confirms that it will be bound by any action taken by the Parent under or in connection with the Finance Documents.
