Common use of Obligors’ representative Clause in Contracts

Obligors’ representative. Each Obligor irrevocably authorises the Company to give and receive as representative on its behalf all notices (including Utilisation Requests) and sign all documents in connection with the Finance Documents on its behalf and take such other action as may be necessary or desirable under or in connection with the Finance Documents on its behalf and confirms that it will be bound by any action taken by the Company under or in connection with the Finance Documents.
