Obligations with Respect to Transfers and Exchanges of Capital Securities. (i) To permit registrations of transfers and exchanges, the Trust shall execute and the Property Trustee shall authenticate Definitive Capital Securities and the Global Capital Security at the Registrar’s or co-registrar’s request in accordance with the terms of this Trust Agreement.
