Common use of Obligations to Notify Clause in Contracts

Obligations to Notify. If a Party becomes aware: (a) that a Condition has been satisfied; or (b) of any facts, circumstances or matters that may result in a Condition not being or becoming incapable of being satisfied, that Party must promptly notify the other Parties accordingly.
