Obligations Survive Agreement. Consultant’s obligations under Section 5, Section 6 and any other Section herein which indicate a period beyond the Term, shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for a period of at least five (5) years, unless a longer period is prescribed in the applicable Section.
