Obligations of the Lenders Several. The liabilities and obligations of each Lender hereunder shall be several and not joint, and neither the Administrative Agent nor any Lender shall be responsible for the performance by any other Lender of its obligations hereunder. Each Lender hereunder shall be liable to the Borrowers only for the amount of its respective Commitment.
