Obligations of the Co-contractor. §1. Membership conditions The Co-contractor who wishes to become a member of Ecobatterien should sign and submit the Accession Agreement to Ecobatterien. The Co-contractor should also provide Ecobatterien with the identification form mentioned in Appendix 2 (filling out the fields of the identification form is mandatory).
