Obligations of the Builder Sample Clauses

Obligations of the Builder. Any obligations hereunder of the Builder are obligations of the Seller. The Seller is fully responsible hereunder for the due performance of all the Builder’s rights and obligations as “Builder” in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract. A copy of this Contract will be provided by the Seller to the Builder and the Seller warrants that the Builder will comply with its obligations hereunder.
Obligations of the Builder. The Builder must: construct each Dwelling to a high standard: in accordance with the Approved Plans; in accordance with the Development Plan Consent; in accordance with the Building Rules Consent; and within a reasonably expeditious timeframe. pay as and when it falls due any money owing to any consultant or contractor engaged by it on the Project; pay as and when it falls due any money owing to the Owner; obtain and maintain insurance in respect of any of its activities on the Land in accordance with clause 14; prepare and submit to the Committee for approval the form of contract which it proposes to use in respect of construction for a purchaser of a Dwelling on a Building Lot; not enter into a contract for construction on a Building Lot other than at the Retail Building Price unless approved by the Committee; not enter into a contract for construction on a Building Lot other than on terms and conditions approved by the Committee; comply with and take out and maintain registration (and ensure that any sub-contractor of the Builder complies with and takes out and maintains registration) and pay all levies required to be paid under all applicable laws including but not limited to: the Building Work Contractor’s ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (SA); and the Construction Industry Training Fund Act 1993 (SA), at all times well and faithfully comply with the Defect Rectification Process; and provide the Owner with such information that the Owner requests in connection with the Project and the Builder’s performance of its obligations under this deed.
Obligations of the Builder. 2.1 The Builder will construct all buildings in the Development in accordance with :- 2.1.1 current building industry best practice standards and under the supervision of competent and duly qualified building, architectural and engineering consultants; 2.1.2 the plans and specifications stamped by the Developer as “approved”; 2.1.3 the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and Regulations and the Building Code; 2.1.4 the conditions of the subdivision and the relevant building consent and the provisions of the Waimakariri District Plan; 2.1.5 the requirements of the Land Covenants whether registered against a title to a property or not; 2.1.6 and any direction given by the developer.
Obligations of the Builder. 2.2.1. To timely submit all accreditation documents to EcoCenter to receive an authorization of the latter to engage in construction works, as well as the necessary technical documentation specified in the Attachment № 1 to this Agreement. 2.2.2. To effectuate the build-up of the provided exhibition area in full compliance with the EcoCenter build-up/disassembling requirements and with the terms and conditions under the present Agreement. 2.2.3. To appoint an authorized representative to handle all matters related to build-up/decoration works. 2.2.4. To export all assembly units, containers, packaging, and building refuse from the territory of EcoCentre within the General Event Period. 2.2.5. Not to block pavilion passageways by assembly units and construction materials during the build- up/disassembling period; not to inhibit the normal course of build-up/disassembling and decoration works of other developers. 2.2.6. To observe safety rules and fire safety; to bear full responsibility for any breach thereof. 2.2.7. Not to affix the stands’ units and other exhibition assembly units to the walls and floors of exhibition halls; 2.2.8. Do not affix carpets and assembly units with double-sided adhesive tape to the floors of Pavilions ## 4, 4.1, 4.2, 7a, 2, 11.
