Obligations of MergerCo and Surviving Corporation. Buyer agrees to cause MergerCo to perform its obligations under this Agreement and to consummate the Merger on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. From and after the Effective Time, Buyer agrees to cause the Surviving Corporation to perform its obligations under this Agreement.
