Obligation to Screen Employees and Contractors. In addition to the requirements set forth in Section 2.8.H, the Contractor shall use, and shall require its Providers to use , the OIG List of Excluded Individuals Entities (LEIE), and the list of other databases at Appendix N, upon initial hiring or contracting and on an ongoing monthly basis, or other frequency specified at Appendix N, to screen employees and contractors, including providers and subcontractors, to determine if any such individuals or entities are excluded from participation in federal health care programs. The Contractor shall notify EOHHS of any discovered exclusion of an employee, contractor, or Provider within two business days of discovery.
