Common use of Obligation to Refrain from Discrimination Clause in Contracts

Obligation to Refrain from Discrimination. There shall be no discrimination against or segregation of any person, or group of persons, on account of race, color, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, national origin, ancestry and such other protected categories that may from time to time be added to Civil Code section 51 or other laws prohibiting discrimination in the sale, lease, sublease, transfer, use, occupancy, tenure or enjoyment of the Site or the Project, nor shall Developer itself or any person claiming under or through it establish or permit any such practice or practices of discrimination or segregation with reference to the selection, location, number, use or occupancy of tenants, lessees, subtenants, sublessees or vendees of the Project or any portion thereof.

Obligation to Refrain from Discrimination. There shall be no discrimination against or segregation of any person, or group of persons, on account of race, color, religion, creed, religionnational origin, sexethnicity, sexual orientationdisability, marital status, national originsex or sexual orientation, ancestry and such other protected categories that may from time to time be added to Civil Code section 51 in connection with the construction Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx XXX 000000.xxx of the Project or other laws prohibiting discrimination in the sale, lease, sublease, transfer, use, occupancy, tenure or enjoyment of the Site Site, or the Projectany part thereof, nor shall the Developer itself or any person claiming under or through it the Developer establish or permit any such practice or practices of discrimination or segregation with reference to the selection, location, number, number use or occupancy of tenants, lessees, subtenants, or sublessees or vendees of the Project or any portion thereofSite.

Obligation to Refrain from Discrimination. There Developer covenants by and for Developer and any successors in interest that there shall be no unlawful discrimination against or unlawful segregation of any person, person or group of persons, persons on account of physical disability, race, color, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity/ expression, marital status, ancestry, or national origin, ancestry and such other protected categories that may from time to time be added to Civil Code section 51 or other laws prohibiting discrimination origin in the sale, lease, sublease, transfer, use, occupancy, tenure tenure, or enjoyment of the Site or the ProjectProperty, nor shall Developer itself or any person claiming under or through it Developer establish or permit any such practice or practices of unlawful discrimination or unlawful segregation with reference to the selection, location, number, use use, or occupancy of tenants, lessees, subtenants, sublessees sublessees, or vendees of the Project or any portion thereofProperty. The foregoing covenants shall run with the land.

Obligation to Refrain from Discrimination. There The Owner covenants and agrees for itself, its successors, assigns and every successor in interest to the Project Site or any part thereof, there shall be no discrimination against or segregation of any person, or group of persons, on account of sex, marital status, race, color, religion, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, national origin, original or ancestry and such other protected categories that may from time to time be added to Civil Code section 51 or other laws prohibiting discrimination in the sale, lease, sublease, transfer, use, use occupancy, tenure or enjoyment of the Project Site or the Project, nor shall Developer the Owner, itself or any person claiming under or through it it, establish or permit any such practice or practices of discrimination or segregation with reference to the selection, location, number, use or of occupancy of tenants, lessees, subtenants, sublessees or vendees of the Project or any portion thereofSite. The covenant of the Owner as provided in this Section 4.3 shall be included in the Agency Quit Claim Deed.
